I have been preparing hard for this moment, waxing my head strategically to give the impression of baldness and even growing a beard for a more mature look (or the upside-down head look!).

Bangkok is hosting its first Thailand Customer Relations Awards in October / November this year - in recognition of those companies that are
going the extra mile to serve their customers and are leading the way in customer relations.
A one day Customer Relations Management (CRM)
symposium will allow guests to see exactly how they are doing it and hear some of the top CRM speakers in Thailand present what they are doing to
the panel of judges. A month later there is an exclusive black tie dinner to present the awards. If your company would like to have a presence as either

It has been suggested that MobyElite are only opening an office in Singapore due to
the more attractive licensing laws there. This is absolutely not true (although if it helps the Thai government realise how ridiculous their licensing laws are we are happy to use that line). Our 2nd CRM seminar in
Singapore will be on Thursday 11th August and we welcome anyone who would like to know how to Maximise Profits Through Stronger Customer Relations and learn more about MobyElite.
A cautionary tale: In a rather interesting 48 hour period my laptop crashed and I lost my mobile phone. All of this while in a foreign country. It is a very unnerving experience. Although on the plus side I got to use a pay phone which I haven’t done for many years. Anyway, if you have emailed me recently and haven’t got a response you may want to drop me another mail.
